Being a long-time resident of Palm Beach County, I am very familiar with some of the most desirable neighborhoods and towns in the area. Whether it is Wellington, Palm Beach, Manalapan or Jupiter, I believe I can bring value to the client in unique ways because of my education and life experience.
I grew up abroad and legally migrated to the United States as a teenager. I attended Palm Beach State College and eventually obtained my bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University. After further schooling in New York and living there for some time, I returned to sunny Palm Beach County.
I consider myself to be detail oriented and I am very familiar with the real estate closing process in south-east Florida as I myself have closed real estate transactions here. Even though some other agents may have superficial knowledge about a real estate closing, I know first-hand what it takes to get a transaction to the closing table. Even though each transaction is different, I believe that this knowledge and experience puts me in a unique position to advise the client, whether Buyer or Seller, on what to expect, what to prepare for and hopefully anticipate and minimize or avoid potential problems in a real estate transaction.
